Brooklyn, N.Y. - The Long Island University women’s basketball team will host Saint Francis (Pa.) in the championship game of the Northeast Conference Tournament on Sunday, March 14. The second-seeded Blackbirds, making their second championship game appearance in three years, will take on the fifth-seeded Red Flash at the Wellness, Recreation and Athletic Center at 3:00 p.m. in a contest that will be nationally televised on ESPNU.
